We also discuss the bizarre notion that asking questions and pointing out flaws is a forbidden exercise when it comes to horse racing regulation in the eyes of some on the day that HISA went into effect. We reveal why many Derby horses wouldn’t be coming back to race in the Preakness with a 4 week gap that you won’t hear discussed anywhere else (it’s a real thing too).
